Regional Engineering Manager Fire & Security
Locations: Midlands (M1 corridor: Nottingham to Sheffield)

As a Regional Engineering Manager youll lead a team of skilled fire and security engineers who keep critical buildings protected and operational every single day. Youll spend most of your week in the field side by side with your team offering guidance support and feedback that helps them grow and deliver exceptional work.
From reviewing jobs and inspecting vehicles to celebrating success and tackling challenges head-on youll be their go-to person. Youll make sure theyve got everything they need from PPE to confidence and ensure they feel valued supported and part of something bigger.
Youll also play a key part in onboarding new customers helping plan maintenance schedules attending site audits and feeding into weekly regional meetings. No two days are the same and thats exactly what makes it rewarding.
This is an ideal next step for a qualified Fire or Security Systems Engineer looking to move off the tools and into management or for someone whos already managing a team and wants to take on a bigger challenge in a thriving growing business.

What you need:
- Full UK driving licence
- Great people skills - the ability to motivate and build strong relationships
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Background in Security / Fire Alarm engineering systems
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Calm working under pressure on a fast paced role
- Good housekeeping (admin skills)
