Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate bank reconciliations and cashbook entries
- Process and reconcile VAT and ensure compliance with SARS requirements
- Manage creditors processing supplier reconciliations and payments
- Assist with payroll input and related reconciliations
- Support financial reporting and month-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate records in Evolution and custom accounting software
- Use Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) to analyse and present financial data
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom in Accounting or Finance
- 01 year experience in a financial or accounting role
- Strong Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables)
- Knowledge of Evolution ERP or similar systems advantageous
- Accurate dependable and detail-driven with a proactive approach
