Assistant Restaurant Manager:

Key Responsibilities:- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house operations.
- Ensure smooth service delivery in a high-volume environment.
- Lead train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage cash-ups stock control and general administration.
- Oversee reservations customer relations and floor management.
- Assist with scheduling staff discipline and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene presentation and service quality.
Requirements:- Minimum 23 years experience in a management or supervisory role within a busy restaurant.
- Own reliable transport is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of PILOT POS or similar systems.
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
- Physically fit and able to handle long hours on your feet.
- Strong administrative ability and attention to detail.
- A positive outgoing and people-focused attitude we want a leader who inspires and uplifts their team.
