A leading South African media intelligence firm is currently looking for an immediately available Facility Manager to join their finance team for a permanent position. You will mostly perform accounting work related to expenses budgeting and cash flow management.
Duties:- Manage budgets control costs and advise on financial efficiency related to facility operations.
- Cash Flow Management: Daily planning monitoring and controlling of cash inflow and outflow.
- Manage track and report on the expenses across multiple entities within a group.
- Oversee the preparation consolidation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts for all group entities to aid in financial planning and decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:- CA(SA) required
- 4 years experience in a group facility management role
- Exposure to a JSE company (preferred)
