Job Summary

Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Salesforce UX/UI Designer to contribute to the creation and delivery of user-centered digital products. The role involves leading assigned features supporting junior designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute design solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experience. This position is hands-on encompassing research interaction design visual design prototyping and close collaboration with developers and product teams. It offers exposure to product strategy design systems and emerging technologies forming a strong foundation for a progressive career in product design.
Design Execution
- Produce high-quality UX and UI deliverables including wireframes prototypes and final visual designs.
- Design across Salesforce interfaces as well as headless responsive web and native mobile applications.
- Apply and evolve established design systems to ensure consistency accessibility and scalability.
- Iterate on designs based on user stakeholder and developer feedback.
User Research & Insights
- Support user research activities including interviews surveys and usability testing.
- Analyse findings to create personas journey maps and other user-centered artifacts.
- Benchmark competitors and industry best practices to guide design decisions.
Interaction & Visual Design
- Define information architecture user flows and interaction models for intuitive user experiences.
- Develop low- to mid-fidelity wireframes and translate them into high-quality UI designs.
- Build interactive prototypes to validate concepts and gather feedback.
Leadership Collaboration & Communication
- Lead key feature designs and mentor a team of designers under the guidance of senior design management.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners developers and designers to deliver features that meet business and user goals.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and provide design input during planning reviews and retrospectives.
- Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and contribute to documentation and internal showcases.
Testing & Continuous Improvement
- Assist with usability and A/B testing to validate and refine design solutions.
- Integrate data-driven insights and user feedback into continuous design improvements.
- Stay updated on UX/UI trends tools and methodologies to enhance design practice.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in UX UI or product design ideally within consultancy or digital product environments.
- Proven experience designing Salesforce interfaces.
- Salesforce certifications are an advantage.
- Tertiary qualification in Design HCI or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Figma prototyping tools and the MS Office suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design accessibility and responsive design principles.
- Excellent visual and interaction design skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Portfolio showcasing design work problem-solving and UX/UI execution.
- Strong collaboration communication and presentation skills.
- Positive proactive and growth-oriented mindset with adaptability in dynamic environments.
