Position : Sales Representative
Working Schedule : 9am-5pm EST
Salary Range : $1500$2000 USD / month(the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Role Overview
This is a full-time role focused on engaging prospects at the top of the funnel. You will receive high-quality lead lists through ZoomInfo and HubSpot conduct initial discovery calls and qualify prospects based on fit and interest. Once a prospect is qualified you will schedule closing appointments for our sales leadership team. Over time as you ramp and demonstrate success there is an opportunity to move into a full-cycle sales role with closing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to prospects from provided lead lists via phone email and LinkedIn.
- Run initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs and confirm fit.
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales leader to run closing conversations.
- Maintain clean and accurate data in HubSpot including notes outcomes and next steps.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to refine talk tracks and improve conversion rates.
- Gradually take on additional responsibilities including closing opportunities as you grow in the role.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of outbound sales or appointment-setting experience preferably for U.S.-based clients.
- Strong communication and listening skills with a clear confident phone presence.
- Proven ability to qualify leads and manage a structured sales process.
- Experience using HubSpot CRM ZoomInfo or similar tools (Apollo LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work full-time U.S. hours.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with IT services cybersecurity or SaaS.
- Previous success booking meetings for managed IT or B2B technology companies.
- Interest in growing into a full-cycle closing role.
