has a client that is seeking a Paid Media Strategist who will be working with our client who is looking for a Paid Media Strategist. This person should have a combination of campaign and paid media experience. This is a remote contract role.
Responsibilities:
* Develop global paid media strategy in partnership with Campaign leads and Performance marketing
* Act as the main point of contact between the Global Campaigns team and the Performance Marketing team including leading regular forums and performance checks
* Work with Performance Marketing to improve the global paid social campaign structure to optimize for performance and efficiency
* Lead project management for ad development and launch ensuring a smooth and timely process from concept to execution
* Manage ad trafficking and launch logistics
* Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for creative copy and audience targeting improvements
* Maintain a pulse on the evolving paid social landscape and identify opportunities to test new strategies
* Collaborate with creative teams to develop and refine ad creatives and copy based on performance insights
Required Skills : * 5-8 years of paid media experience including building global strategies launching ads optimizing campaigns for performance and building/sharing reporting and insights * Extensive experience in paid media strategy across SEM Paid Social Content Syndication etc. as well as expertise in their relevant platforms (ex. FacebookLinkedIn) * Highly analytical and can translate complex data into clear concise and actionable strategies; Proactively makes recommendations to drive iterative improvements * Deep understanding of paid media content; can craft compelling messages and creative for the unique nuances of each channel * Strong understanding of integrated demand gen campaigns including content strategy audience targeting and channel rationale * Proactive project manager with a keen eye for detail and can manage multiple ad development projects simultaneously * Strong communicator and can effectively bridge the gap between creative and performance focused teams
