Handles Incidents Service Requests and Change review the development completed by the team and make sure best practices and standards are to manage CMDB - Discovery and CMDB Health Mid servers and Service Accounts associated with ServiceNow Integration and and maintain newexisting Integrations with Platform upgrades and review skipped records. Manage the overall upgrade process like Backup before cloning testing and bug the bi-weekly release opportunities to automate and enhance end-user experience
