Job Title: CMM Programmer
Pay: $35 $50/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Position Overview:
Were seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join our quality team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PC-DMIS and either a Romer or Faro Arm along with a strong background in aerospace manufacturing and AS9100 quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Program set up and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) using PC-DMIS software

Perform first article in-process and final inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with customer and AS9100 requirements

Utilize portable measurement systems (Romer or Faro Arm) for on-machine or large-part inspection
-
Analyze blueprints GD&T and technical specifications to develop accurate inspection plans
-
Identify document and communicate nonconformances to production and engineering teams
-
Maintain inspection records and ensure traceability in accordance with AS9100 standards
-
Collaborate with quality and manufacturing teams to continuously improve inspection processes
Qualifications:

3 years of experience as a CMM Programmer in an aerospace or precision manufacturing environment

Proficiency with PC-DMIS software (required)

Experience with Romer or Faro Arm (preferred)

Strong understanding of GD&T AS9100 and aerospace documentation practices

Ability to interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
