The CVI Technology Solutions Manager provides expert technical guidance advice and assistance to Customer Value Optimization (CVI) programs and projects. This role focuses on helping customers achieve their strategic energy-related initiatives and performance goals through data-driven solutions and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical review and analysis of initiatives designed to meet customer needs and requests.
- Evaluate and interpret agreements related to CVI initiatives ensuring alignment with program objectives.
- Monitor and assess project performance recommending changes resource adjustments or corrective actions to maintain desired outcomes.
- Plan coordinate and lead activities to identify and implement initiative improvements aligned with customer expectations.
- Provide clear and timely communication to customer account managers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate initiative reporting performance tracking and data analysis to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure project success and compliance with performance standards.
- Design and develop data-driven dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau and data sources including SAP ARM (WMIS) and Service Suite.
- Analyze initiative data to evaluate effectiveness identify underperformance and implement corrective strategies.
- Offer technical assistance and engineering recommendations to project leads and management teams.
- Drive process improvement efforts that enhance customer experience efficiency and satisfaction.
- Research emerging technologies and methods that support customer-centric initiatives.
- Manage and execute technical contracts necessary for initiative implementation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety quality and regulatory standards.
- Support various project and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field (ABET-accredited) or equivalent engineering design experience.
- Proven subject matter expertise in one or more of the following: customer service energy/utility engineering construction or program management.
- Strong understanding of business strategy and familiarity with process end systems.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and Tableau for data visualization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex contracts and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships with clarity and diplomacy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as PE PMP Lean Six Sigma CFA or equivalent.
- Advanced degree (MBA Engineering Finance Accounting or Economics).
- Experience developing and implementing customer value optimization strategies in energy utilities or similar industries.
