Position: Specialist Sales Operations

Location: Bangalore

Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:

Focus is on centralizing administrative and system support functions and increasing our responsiveness to our business customers.
The MDG analyst provides support to all the clients Business Units including but not limited to Sales Services Channels Finance and other downstream clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to work rotational hours APJ US EMEA
Support and maintain all incoming MDG requests
Complete assigned daily requests in line with the defined SLA
Handle customer escalations carry out root cause analysis on escalations with effective response times
Analyze complex and disparate sets of data to make timely fact-based decisions and recommendations
Ability to engage with stakeholders to understand their needs
Assist in preparing important KPIs
Provide End of Quarter support aligning with key business units EOQ support structures
Participate in regular team forums providing process improvement ideas and possible group training opportunities
Prepare and deliver clear and well-organized presentations to stakeholders/team/leadership
Good team player with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders and fellow team members driving collaborative activities to achieve results
Performs other duties as required

Essential Requirements:

Strong English and local language spoken and written
Strong analytical and customer service skills
Excellent organizational as well as multi-tasking skills
Self-initiation and creative thinking
Excel and PowerPoint
High sense of urgency

Desirable Requirements:

Proficient in MS Office applications
SQL experience a plus but not required
