Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles within the organization.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define recruitment strategies.
Source screen and shortlist candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn job portals networking referrals etc.).
Drive interview coordination and candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment data and workflows within Workday or similar ATS platforms.
Ensure compliance with company and client hiring policies and standards.
