Key Responsibilities
- Deliver primary care services to a diverse patient population.
- Conduct physical examinations evaluations assessments diagnoses and treatments.
- Prescribe medications and treatment regimens based on clinical assessments.
- Refer patients to specialists and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
- Supervise and guide nursing and support staff in patient care activities.
- Adhere to departmental policies procedures and quality improvement standards.
- Participate in health promotion education and prevention programs.
- Monitor and document patient symptoms reactions and progress.
- Provide On-Call coverage as required.
- Educate patients on medication usage and non-pharmaceutical care options.
Minimum Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD or DO).
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Active medical license in the state of Massachusetts.
- ACLS or CPR/AED certification.
- Valid DEA DEA-X and Massachusetts Controlled Substance licenses for prescribing authority.
- Eligibility for unrestricted clinical privileges at affiliated healthcare facilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
