Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Deliver primary care services to a diverse patient population.
Conduct physical examinations evaluations assessments diagnoses and treatments.
Prescribe medications and treatment regimens based on clinical assessments.
Refer patients to specialists and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
Supervise and guide nursing and support staff in patient care activities.
Adhere to departmental policies procedures and quality improvement standards.
Participate in health promotion education and prevention programs.
Monitor and document patient symptoms reactions and progress.
Provide On-Call coverage as required.
Educate patients on medication usage and non-pharmaceutical care options.

Minimum Qualifications

Medical Degree (MD or DO).
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
Active medical license in the state of Massachusetts.
ACLS or CPR/AED certification.
Valid DEA DEA-X and Massachusetts Controlled Substance licenses for prescribing authority.
Eligibility for unrestricted clinical privileges at affiliated healthcare facilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
