JOB DETAILS:
Practice Setting: Free-Standing Cancer Center
Reason for Coverage: Loss of provider
Call Schedule: No call during locum period; call expected if placed perm; call schedule is 1 week out of every 6-8 weeks
Call Ratio: No call during locum period; call expected if placed perm; call schedule is 1 week out of every 6-8 weeks
Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult Geriatric
What Percentage of the Practice is Hematology % Oncology % Internal Medicine %: 65% benign hematology 35% malignant oncology 0% internal medicine
Number of Physicians in Practice: 7
How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 6
Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT: 25
Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): 20

Facility reimbursement for the following costs: Flight Hotel Rental Car Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate

Requirement description :
Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology - REQUIRED
Active SC license(will accept providers needing to obtain a state license) - REQUIRED
BLS & DEA - REQUIRED
Clean background required for Emergency temps - REQUIRED
Current NPDB required for presentation Trio - REQUIRED
