Job Description:

Role Scope / Deliverables:

7 10 years of experience in business analysis of Customer Experience (ERP MRP APS).
Strong knowledge of CX and Service Domain
Experience with ERP integration SQL and BI tools (Power BI ).
Familiarity with enterprise data platforms (Databricks AWS ).
Superb communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
Proven ability to work in Agile teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
