About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Academic Operations Manager to own day-to-day program delivery operational excellence and continuous improvement of our learning programs. This role sits at the intersection of curriculum learner experience and cross-functional delivery driving high retention and program quality through robust processes and data.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end academic operations for assigned programs: scheduling enrollment attendance tracking assessments and certification workflows.
- Administer and optimise the LMS and SISmaintain course shells user provisioning gradebooks and automated notifications.
- Coordinate with curriculum designers trainers and subject-matter experts to ensure timely content deployment and version control.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes: audit learning artifacts proctoring standards and learner feedback loops.
- Track operational KPIs (completion attendance NPS) and produce actionable reports to stakeholders to drive retention and performance improvements.
- Lead process improvement initiatives standard operating procedures (SOPs) and on-site coordination for classroom and hybrid sessions.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven experience managing academic or training operations in EdTech university programs or corporate learning environments.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Information Systems (SIS).
- Strong program coordination skills with demonstrated use of project management best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel Google Sheets or BI tools to drive decisions.
- Experience implementing quality assurance processes and SOPs for learning delivery.
- On-site availability and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and in-person training logistics.
Preferred
- Experience with Moodle Canvas or other major LMS platforms.
- Familiarity with basic SQL or data-visualisation tools (Looker Power BI Tableau).
- Prior exposure to blended learning program design or corporate L&D operations.
