Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Assistant Event Coordinator to join our on-site Charlotte team. This role supports the planning and execution of company events meetings and promotional activities. The ideal candidate thrives on organization teamwork and hands-on involvement in every stage of event coordination.
Applicants must live in or near Charlotte NC as this is a fully on-site position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the coordination scheduling and setup of company and client events.

  • Support communication between vendors venues and internal teams.

  • Help manage event logistics including materials equipment and timelines.

  • Prepare event-related documents such as itineraries budgets and reports.

  • Track post-event feedback and assist in compiling summaries for management.

  • Maintain organized event records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management Communications or related field preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional attitude attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

  • Must live locally and be available to work on-site in Charlotte NC.
