Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Assistant Event Coordinator to join our on-site Charlotte team. This role supports the planning and execution of company events meetings and promotional activities. The ideal candidate thrives on organization teamwork and hands-on involvement in every stage of event coordination.
Applicants must live in or near Charlotte NC as this is a fully on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the coordination scheduling and setup of company and client events.
Support communication between vendors venues and internal teams.
Help manage event logistics including materials equipment and timelines.
Prepare event-related documents such as itineraries budgets and reports.
Track post-event feedback and assist in compiling summaries for management.
Maintain organized event records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management Communications or related field preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional attitude attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Must live locally and be available to work on-site in Charlotte NC.
