Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our Charlotte office. This position is fully on-site so candidates must live in or near the Charlotte area.
You’ll serve as a key point of contact for clients providing support ensuring satisfaction and assisting with account coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communication organization and problem-solving in a professional team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Support daily client account activities including scheduling documentation and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports as needed.
Assist in the preparation of presentations proposals and client materials.
Anticipate client needs and provide proactive solution-oriented support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work on-site in Charlotte NC applicants must reside locally.
Professional demeanor and desire to grow within a fast-paced team-oriented company.
