We are seeking a Communications Specialist to support our internal and external communication initiatives. This role focuses on ensuring clear consistent and effective communication between teams clients and partners. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This is an on-site position candidates must live in or near Charlotte NC.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a key point of contact between departments to ensure clear and accurate information flow.
Coordinate internal communications memos and meeting materials to keep teams aligned.
Support client communication efforts by preparing professional correspondence and documentation.
Assist with event coordination presentations and company announcements.
Maintain organized communication records and ensure all materials meet company standards.
Collaborate with management to enhance communication strategies and improve team efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications Business or a related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional dependable and adaptable in a team-oriented environment.
Must be able to work on-site in Charlotte NC — local candidates only.
