Job Summary

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Woodbridge Virginia. This role is eligible for a $7500 ramp stipend for clinicians offering 25 hours of availability per week.

Were hiring independently licensed clinicians in Virginia who are ready to make a difference and grow with us. Were especially interested in:

Providers willing to see 25 sessions per week
Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children with our support)
Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team
Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
Strong character matters we value integrity openness and a commitment to quality care

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted LPC LMFT LCSW or Licensed Psychologist in Virginia
Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation:
Up to $103600 based on licensure type/level session volume and bonus opportunities.

$7500 ramp stipend for 25 clinical hours/week
Guaranteed bi-weekly pay (no need to wait on reimbursement)
