Job Title: Radiation Therapist
Job Details:
- Minimum Experience: 1 year
- Salary Range: $80000 - $110000
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by oncologists.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during treatment sessions.
- Maintain and operate treatment equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor patients responses to treatment and report any adverse reactions to medical staff.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of patient treatments and dosages administered.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality assurance programs in line with healthcare regulations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Current ARRT certification.
- Valid TMB state license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in Texas.
- 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in radiation therapy.
- Experience in a clinical setting is an advantage but not mandatory for fresh graduates.
