Job Summary

Job Description:

Hiring for Quality Engineer/Sr. Engineer for Gear Manufacturing.

Post: Quality Engineer/Sr. Engineer

Education: Any graduate

Salary Range: up to 3.5LPA

Minimum 4-5 years of experience cold forging/Fastener

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handling of customer complaint with CAPA and communicate to customer with 8D format.

2. Using customer portal Uploaded document related to quality issue.

3. Ensured and monitoring customer complaint effectiveness for the action plan.

4. To ensure that all internal quality procedure were implemented.

5. Conducting product process and dock audit to reduce non-compliances.

6. Handling of documentation related to on job training record and skill matrix.

7. Control and monitor final inspection activity by coordinating with QA inspector.

8. Conducting daily meeting on top 3 defects with respective process owner.
