Role Responsibilities:
Develop deploy and manage Azure PaaS and SaaS solutions ensuring they meet the highest standards of reliability security and performance.
Utilize Azure DevOps practices to automate and streamline the software development lifecycle including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Implement and manage Azure Arc to extend Azure management and services to any infrastructure ensuring seamless operation across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes ensuring high availability scalability and efficient resource utilization.
Identify analyze and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of services.
Required Skills & Experience:
2-3 years of experience in cloud engineering with a focus on Azure PaaS and SaaS solutions.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps including CI/CD pipelines git repositories and infrastructure as code (IaC).
Hands-on experience with Azure Arc for hybrid and multi-cloud management.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell Bash or Python.
Understanding of networking security and identity management in cloud environments.
Security Clearance Requirement Given the secure nature of this role we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance or are eligible for obtaining security clearance.
This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations.
On-call and Shift Expectations: This position is primarily focused on managed services meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed. Your ability to effectively manage these responsibilities will be crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our services and client satisfaction.
