Were hiring a Temporary Development Coordinator in Little Rock AR.
This is a part-time temporary position required for approximately two months through February 13 2026.
This is an office-based position that offers a hybrid schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate plan and execute Walk Team goal-setting meetings for the Heart Walk event including working with Team Captains.
- Coordinate and collaborate with vendors or volunteers to implement logistics for the Heart Walk event.
- Prepare edit and maintain fundraising materials and presentations as well as event collateral and marketing material.
- Coordinate the vendor contract process for the Heart Walk event to ensure following American Heart Association best practices guidelines and procedures.
- Travel will be required to events within Central AR and the surrounding service territory.
Qualifications
- Three years of prior administrative support experience in a related environment.
- Excellent attention to detail organization of workflow and calendars verbal and non-verbal communication with highly effective organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Publisher Outlook).
- Ability and willingness to travel locally throughout the territory.
- Ability to lift and/or move large objects (such as boxes) with the expectation that heavier items would be broken down into smaller components or requesting additional assistance may be required before lifting and/or moving.
