Inside Sales Representative- Medical Device Management
Remote
Purpose / Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in supporting the growth of our medical device management services by developing new client relationships maintaining existing accounts and promoting our biomedical equipment solutions. This position focuses on lead generation relationship building and driving sales through proactive outreach to healthcare organizations hospitals and clinical partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development & Prospecting
  • Conduct outbound calls emails and virtual meetings to identify and qualify prospective clients within healthcare systems hospitals and clinics.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Schedule product/service demonstrations or meetings between potential clients and Account Managers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers in biomedical engineering facilities management and purchasing departments.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions related to equipment maintenance service contracts and asset management programs.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
Sales Support & Coordination
  • Collaborate closely with field sales operations and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
  • Support the creation of proposals quotes and service agreements for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities client communications and opportunities in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to the development of new strategies to achieve company goals.
Market Knowledge & Product Expertise
  • Stay informed about medical equipment service trends hospital procurement processes and healthcare technology management.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the companys service offerings including preventive maintenance repair calibration and equipment lifecycle management.
  • Research competitors and identify differentiating value propositions for the companys services.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales preferably in medical device healthcare or technology industries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with healthcare professionals.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelors degree in business Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of biomedical equipment device service management or hospital operations.
  • Experience selling service contracts maintenance programs or technology management solutions in the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to translate technical service offerings into client-focused solutions.
  • Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
