Position Summary:

The Financial Analyst will report to the Senior Manager Finance Global Facilities located at corporate headquarters San Diego California. The successful candidate will support budget planning forecasts monthlyoperational/financialreviews and other ad hoc projects in support of the Global Facilities organization. The successful candidate will utilize strong business acumen deep financial expertise and solid communication to become an effective partner at every level of the organization.

*This is a full-time role Monday through Friday with an expectation of 2- 3 in-office days per week and additional on-site presence as needed. The individual must reside in the San Diego area and be able to commute to our corporate offices.

Responsibilities:

Lead budget planning and forecasting process working w/functional budget owners
Support monthly/quarterly close process as it pertains to operating expense management general ledger reviews and forecasting
Interact with leadership to review actual results and variances to budgets and forecast
Support Global Facilities Business Partners in preparation for financial reviews
Analyze data to identify trends patterns outliers to assist management with decision making
Extract and compile data and report out of enterprise systems including SAP and Cognos to be distributed to a wide audience ranging from the Finance team to Senior Management. Consolidate Global Facilities financials at the functional and regional levels
Provide modeling analytics and general financial support
Facilitate preparation of financial analyses and ad hoc requests for stakeholders
Submit recommendations for process improvements and streamlining opportunities

Requirements:

Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 2-4 years total Finance experience preferably in a high growth in Facilities finance a plus
Fluent knowledge of the main elements and drivers of income statement balance sheet and statement of cash flow
Proven ability to evaluate and solve complex problems and understand the strategic implications of different business approaches
Multi-task in fast paced environment and meet deadlines
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Exceptional interpersonal soft skills able to establish strong rapport and partnerships at all levels of the organization
Superb written communication and project management skills
Commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting multiple goals or deadlines
Self-directed and able to work well in a team environment
Exhibits clear leadership potential

The estimated base salary range for the Financial Analyst Global Facilities (San Diego/Hybrid) role based in the United States of America is: $61700 - $92500. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including but not limited to an individuals qualifications location where the role is to be performed internal equity and alignment with market data. Additionally all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
