FOH Restaurant Supervisor - Trussville AL
What Youll Do
Oversee daily FOH operations in the restaurant bar and event spaces
Support the team with training scheduling and coaching
Check in with guests resolve concerns and keep service flowing
Assist with ordering inventory and managing stock levels
Partner with managers on menus specials and creative ways to drive sales
Ensure compliance with Serve Safe TIPS and health and safety standards
Jump in on events to help with setup service and breakdown
Lead by example with Spare Times Code S.E.R.V.E. service standards
What Were Looking For
2 years in food service or hospitality
At least 12 years in a supervisory or shift lead role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and a smile
Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling
Current SERV Safe certification (or ability to obtain)
Flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays
