About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable intern to join our Lisbon-based team starting in January. This role offers a unique opportunity to support master data operations engage with international stakeholders and contribute to the rollout of an updated SAP version and all its new guidelines.

Youll be part of a collaborative and multicultural team gaining exposure to SAP MDG stakeholder management and business operations.

What You Will Do

• SAP MDG Support: Enter and approve requests within the SAP MDG system ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams globally across the company to understand and ensure their needs.
• Request Management: Prioritize incoming queries by managing your day proactively and independently.
• SAP Project Update: Support the team in transitioning SAP versions by assisting with data validation and process alignment.
• Documentation: Create and maintain reports presentations and other business materials.
• Learning & Shadowing: Peer with experienced professionals to gain insights into business practices and actively contribute to discussions.

Who You Are

• University student or equivalent academic background.
• No prior experience required; eagerness to learn and grow is essential.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and wiliness to learn other tools.
• Proactive adaptable and collaborative with strong communication and time management skills.
• Fluent in English (used daily with international teams).

This internship is a 6-month full-time position.
