Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance & Control Building Specialist to join our team for a long-term project. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience in building maintenance control systems and specialized installations. This project involves critical infrastructure upgrades and improvements making your expertise vital to our success.

- Drainage Management: Implement and maintain drainage systems around control buildings.
- Conduit Installation: Install and manage conduit infrastructure including coordination with Verizon for communication lines.
- Gas & Water Line Installation: Perform and oversee gas and water line installations according to project specifications.
- Concrete Work: Resize and modify concrete structures as needed to support control room operations.
- Conduit Integration: Install and manage conduits specific to the control room environment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Provide expert insights on best practices safety and maintenance strategies throughout the project.
- Experience: 10 to 15 years in building maintenance control systems and utility installations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in drainage systems conduit work utility line installations and concrete modification.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of maintenance protocols for control building infrastructure.
- Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with contractors utility providers and project stakeholders.
