Salary: $45000 Base Uncapped Commission (1st yr OTE $77500) Company Car

Typical Hours: Monday-Friday 40 hours/week; some Saturdays as needed
Travel: 75% within the Capital Region in company vehicle (home same day no overnights)

Residential Project Consultant (Inbound Leads Provided) - Home Improvement Services Description
Our client in the home improvement services industry is looking for a Residential Project Consultant to join their team near Albany NY to help develop and serve their customers. Reporting to the General Manager youll manage company-provided warm inbound leads (90%) with an average company-wide close rate of 50%. This is NOT a door-to-door sales role and NO cold calling instead youll focus on scheduling meetings with customers estimating jobs and following through to secure the project resolving any issues that may come up. The time from estimate to signed agreement is about two weeks and consistent follow-up is key to securing the business. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills who are self-motivated and thrive in a proactive customer-focused role. Travel to customer job sites
Quote/estimate customer jobs
Meet and exceed sales goals
Advise customers on-site or during calls
Upsell customers wherever necessary for a complete job
Prioritize customers to ensure all customers are fully satisfied with the service
Meet with manager and team on regular basis
Set own schedule ensuring customer homes are visited as soon as possible for quotes
Stay up to date on product knowledge
Residential Project Consultant (Inbound Leads Provided) - Home Improvement Services Qualifications
Experience and/or knowledge in home services or residential construction required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various technology/software tools required
Valid drivers license required
Ability to travel regularly within the Capital Region (using company vehicle/gas) required
