Job Summary
What Youll Do
Lead and support Amusements Attendants to maintain a fun safe and guest-friendly environment
Oversee arcade laser tag and escape room operations
Schedule train and supervise team members
Ensure the area is clean organized and fully stocked
Patrol the gaming floor to assist guests and resolve issues quickly
Manage department inventory supplies and equipment repairs
Coordinate promotions and events alongside the General Manager
Operate the POS system for accurate transactions and reports
Maintain safety standards and respond to incidents as needed
Perform opening and closing duties and other tasks as assigned
Who You Are
12 years of supervisory experience preferably in amusements hospitality or entertainment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Organized detail-oriented and proactive
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and POS systems
Available to work nights weekends and holidays thats when the fun happens!
