Job Description
Join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as a Customer Service Administrator I in Segrate Milan. Youll support our collaborators in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer effective assistance to Sales Service teams Business partners and other customers.
- Drive and own alignment meetings with Account Managers/Service to ensure timely submissions.
- Review and submit Tenders and RFQs and actively follow up.
- Examine complete bid documents to determine terms needing approval and collaborate with functional owners for alternate terms as the need arises.
- Handle supplier registration and public contract administration including review/approval processes reporting fee payment and compliance.
- Request and handle bank guarantees and bid bonds.
- Collaborate with various team members including sales order management legal and finance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Good knowledge of Office packages such as Outlook Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to successfully implement administrative processes.
- Exceptionally organized with a proven track record of flawless execution.
