Would you like to join our revamped Housing Management Division as an Area Housing Manager and deliver an excellent service for residents This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is a customer-focused team player who wants to make a difference.
We are looking to appoint an Area Housing Manager to joinour leadership team within East and East Anglia on a permanent basis this rolewill be covering Newham and Barking & Dagenham areas (these areas maychange depending on the needs of the business).
In this role you will ensure the delivery of a responsiveefficient customer focused and agile tenancy management and tenancyverification services to mixed tenure customers and prospective customersthrough effective leadership and management of resources. Representing andchampioning the Trust and its values whilst contributing the financial strengthand customer experience.

Your impact in the role:
The successful candidate will be solution focused and willact as a champion of service improvement and Customer Service. You willdemonstrate strong leadership skills and ideally have experience of growing anddeveloping a team.
You will possess a track record in innovative servicedevelopment business planning skills and developing operational will have a comprehensive understanding of tenancy andestate management including all aspects of anti-social behaviour andvulnerability.
