Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania Uganda Kenya Rwanda and South Sudan.

On behalf of our Tanzania based client we are looking for a competent and experienced Agronomist

Role Purpose:

An Agronomist is responsible for promoting Syngenta vegetable seeds supporting farmers and distributors through technical training and demonstrations and ensuring product availability across key markets. The role focuses on driving sales performance through strong field engagement agronomic expertise and close collaboration with agro dealers seedling producers and other stakeholders.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Syngenta Veg seeds

Establish and manage demo plots and trials

Train farmers and other stakeholders

Support distributors by promoting veg seeds to farmers

Work closely with Agro dealers to Ensure they Stock Syngenta Seeds from Distributors

Work Closely with Seedling Producers

Requirements

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications / Experience:

Bachelors degree in Agronomy Agriculture or related field.

Diploma in Agronomy Agriculture or related field

25 years of experience

Strong technical knowledge of vegetable seed production and crop management.

Excellent communication training and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently.

ADDED ADVANTAGE

Basic computer skills

Good level in English recommended both written & spoken.
