Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Backend Engineers ideally Thai nationals (who will get one interview round skipped) or Indian engineers with strong backend skills to join our growing technology team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-performance backend systems and APIs supporting large-scale digital platforms across retail finance and commerce domains.

Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain backend services and APIs using NestJS / Java / Python.
Work with PostgreSQL and Redis for database and caching layers.
Collaborate with frontend engineers (React) to build scalable maintainable systems.
Implement secure well-tested and optimized backend logic for high-traffic applications.
Participate in code reviews architectural discussions and CI/CD improvements.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance for reliability and scalability.

Primary Skillsets

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
5 years of backend development experience.
Strong proficiency in one or more of the following: NestJS (TypeScript) Java (Spring Boot) or Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask).
Database experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.
Experience integrating backend APIs with React frontend is a plus.
Understanding of RESTful API design microservices and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
