Job Summary

We are seeking a SAP Back-end Developer capable of independently handling moderately complex applications and collaborating effectively with a global team. The role involves coordination across multiple time zones including regular late meetings with EU and US counterparts. While on-call duties are not routine occasional support during critical weekend activities may be required. The ideal candidate should be able to follow company and team guidelines work full-time (MondayFriday 9:00 AM6:00 PM Bangkok time with flexibility) and possess strong communication skills in both Thai and English. Thai nationality is preferred with military exemption required.

Responsibilities

Design implement and manage SAP data archiving strategies.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define archiving policies and retention schedules
Monitor and report on archiving activities data analysis system performance and storage utilization
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g. GDPR SOX)
Provide support during audits and legal discovery processes
Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for key users and technical teams
Stay current with SAP best practices and new technologies related to data archiving and document management

Primary Skillsets

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
3 years of hands-on experience in SAP data archiving and document management
Strong knowledge of SAP Data Archiving (Transaction Data (ADK) Printlist/Inbound/Outbound Document archiving) SAP DMS and ILM (Information Lifecycle Management)
Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments
Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements
Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
Experience with third-party archiving solutions (e.g. OpenText Syniti)
Knowledge of SAP Basis and system administration
