Job Summary
This is a remote position.

In this role youll be at the heart of building our digital storefront collaborating with influencers and shaping campaigns that connect with millions of users. - Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Vernon Time CA (40 hrs per week)
Key Responsibilities
TikTok Shop Setup & Management
- Set up and manage the companys TikTok Shop storefront.
- Upload and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions pricing and visuals.
- Monitor shop performance inventory sync and order fulfillment processes.
Affiliate & Influencer Management
- Recruit onboard and manage TikTok affiliates and influencers.
- Develop commission structures and partnership strategies to maximize ROI.
- Track affiliate performance payout accuracy and campaign effectiveness.
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor TikTok Shop KPIs campaign metrics and affiliate results.
- Provide weekly performance reports and adjust strategies to improve traffic engagement and conversions.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience managing TikTok Shop in apparel e-commerce platforms or affiliate marketing.
- Hands-on experience setting up TikTok Shop and running affiliate campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of TikToks algorithms content trends and monetization tools.
- Video production/editing skills and a strong eye for fashion and branding.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in apparel fashion or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.
