What Youll Own
Were looking for a battle-tested Business Development Virtual Professional who can drive growth through outreach partnerships and referral generation for a fast-growing painting and home improvement company.
This isnt an entry-level gig. Youll take charge build meaningful relationships and create a steady inflow of qualified opportunities across Commercial Repaints Realtor Referrals and Trade Alliances. Youll operate with high initiative and reliabilitykeeping CRM data clean campaigns active and opportunities flowing.
Youll help a trades-based business grow smarter not hardercreating predictable pipelines expanding market presence and strengthening relationships that drive recurring work and long-term loyalty.
We dont babysit. And neither will you.
Role Clarity Framework
A. Primary Functions
Conduct 20 new outbound contacts per day across commercial realtor and trade segments.
Maintain segmented outreach databases and CRM accuracy at 100%.
Execute BD campaigns per company SOPs:
Commercial Repaints Lead Generation Develop and retain recurring high-margin commercial accounts.
Realtor Referral Machine Nurture realtor relationships with quarterly outreach and recognition.
Trade Alliance Program Build alliances with other trades and coordinate quarterly networking events.
Schedule and conduct a minimum of 2 partner calls or meetings per week (8 per month) to deepen relationships and create new opportunities.
Log all interactions notes and outcomes promptly in the CRM.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for collateral events and digital campaign support.
B. Systems Ownership
Youll fully own and operate:
CRM Platform (HubSpot Pipedrive or similar)
Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Calendar)
Communication Tools (Zoom Slack)
Tracking & Reporting Dashboards (Google Sheets internal BD Scorecard)
C. Measurable Deliverables
Your success will be measured by:
Outreach Volume: 20 new contacts logged daily.
Partner Engagement: Minimum 8 calls/meetings per month.
Opportunity Creation: Continuous inflow of qualified commercial/realtor/trade leads.
Referral Growth: Year-over-year increase in active B2B partnerships and referral-based revenue.
CRM Accuracy: 100% of BD activities logged and updated within 24 hours.
D. Support Task Delegation
Youll collaborate with administrative or marketing assistants who handle:
Lead list cleanup and data entry.
Event coordination logistics.
Collateral and email template setup.
This lets you stay focused on high-impact relationship building and opportunity generation.
Ideal Experience & Profile
3 years of business development sales coordination or partner management experience (B2B or trades-based industry preferred).
Proven ability to build rapport quickly and follow up consistently.
Excellent written and spoken English; confident on Zoom calls and CRM notes.
Organized consistent and metrics-driventhrives in a scorecard culture.
