Job Summary

As a Senior SAP Functional Consultant you will:

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP-specific solutions that are actionable for development and implementation.
Be responsible for specialized customizing and configuration within SAP S/4HANA modules ensuring system alignment with business needs.
Analyze and resolve incidents problems security issues and technical debt to maintain the stability and performance of SAP systems.
Align system configurations and processes with AFKL standards and roadmaps (CLAIR and LOG25) to ensure consistency and compliance.
Support end-to-end SAP solution delivery from requirement gathering through testing deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between Sales and Distribution (SD) Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules.
Provide expert input for KLM Flight-Specific Catering Order processes and other specialized logistics workflows.
Ensure that all SAP enhancements are delivered with quality following organizational and project governance frameworks.

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience: 10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with proven expertise in SD MM and WM modules.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA capabilities and best practices.
In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes including flight-specific catering and order management scenarios.
Proven experience in SAP customizing configuration and process optimization.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Solid analytical mindset and problem-solving ability with attention to detail and process efficiency.
Experience working in global cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders.

You should possess the ability to:

Understand and document business requirements with a focus on SAP functional solutions.
Work independently to manage complex configurations and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
Collaborate effectively across departments to align SAP processes with organizational goals.
Proactively identify improvement areas and recommend innovative solutions.
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Communicate clearly with both business and technical teams bridging functional and technical domains.
