Job Summary
Business Development Manager- BIM
Location: Dubai
Company Name: Proscape LLC
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience is required
- B.E Mech/Civil engineering is preferred
- Understanding Technical Drawings in related to BIM
- Prior sales experience experience in international sales and/or AEC industry shall be preferred
- Technical Experience in Revit (Mechanical/ Civil) will be an advantage
- Candidate should be Proactive ability to work independently and should be a fast learner
- Must have good communication skills
Job Responsibilities: -
- Create and maintain database of qualified leads through calls and outbound lead generation
- Cold calling & fix meetings with potential prospects
- Responsible for revenue target accomplishment in given geography Mainly in UAE
- Meeting weekly targets for cold calling database maintenance and sales meetings
- Maintaining a sales pipeline
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing new business.
Candidates experienced in UAE or Saudi only preferred experience in BIM Industry is must.
