Job Summary
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bricklayer to join our team at Mahmoud Al-Shandoudi Establishment in Kerala. This role is essential for ensuring the structural integrity and quality of construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic proven expertise in bricklaying and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. With at least five years of hands-on experience you will play a key role in building durable and precise structures. Proficiency in English is required and the ability to speak Arabic is a valuable advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Execute bricklaying and masonry tasks in accordance with project specifications and safety standards
- Prepare surfaces and materials for construction and ensure proper alignment and leveling
- Follow blueprints technical drawings and site instructions accurately
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks
- Adhere to health safety and environmental regulations on-site
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in bricklaying and construction
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Strong understanding of building materials techniques and safety protocols
- Proficient in English; ability to communicate clearly in a work environment
- Arabic language skills are preferred but not mandatory
- Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions and construction settings
