Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Dealer to join our dealing team in Limassol. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the companys trading operations monitoring market exposures and executing client and company trades efficiently in line with regulatory and risk management standards.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Execute and monitor trades on behalf of the company and clients
Manage and hedge the companys exposure and ensure adherence to risk limits
Monitor liquidity pricing and market trends across multiple instruments
Oversee daily dealing operations ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
Maintain strong relationships with liquidity providers and counterparties
Provide market updates insights and support to internal teams
Identify trading opportunities and ensure smooth execution of client orders
Support junior dealers and collaborate closely with risk and compliance departments
Requirements:
Minimum 25 years of experience as a Dealer in a regulated Forex environment
Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms liquidity management and risk systems
Excellent understanding of financial markets FX CFDs and commodities
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Must be based in Limassol Cyprus or open to relocation
