Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain CMM programs to support inspection of precision components.
Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to create accurate measurement routines.
Perform inspections using CMM and other measurement equipment to verify part conformity.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve nonconformances and improve processes.
Maintain inspection records and ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; advanced technical training preferred.
Hands-on experience with CMM programming in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading GD&T and dimensional inspection methods.
Familiarity with AS9100 or other quality management system standards.
Skilled in setup tooling and fixture techniques for inspection processes.
Proficient with precision measurement equipment including micrometers calipers gauges and comparators.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
