Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist for our Community Based Services program!
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with supporting and training staff in the effort to compile data through attendance at staff meetings conducting trainings etc.
2. Assist with maintaining department databases and spreadsheets.
3. Assist with the design and processing of monthly and annual data reports.
4. Assist with the administration of the Electronic Health Record including administrative reports configuration staff training intake and authorizations.
5. Assist in the development of forms and feedback submitted to the Electronic Health Record.
6. Assist with management training to department managers.
7. Conduct program audits to review compliance and quality
8. Assist with compliance of state and federal laws Agency and department policies and contractual obligations.
9. Attend management and other meetings and committees as requested.
10. Provide Administrative Assistant coverage to other offices as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Social Work Psychology Human Services or a related field OR
Associates degree in Social Work Psychology Human Services or a related field AND four (4) years of experience
Two (2) years of experience in program administration in a social service agency
One (1) year database experience required and electronic health record management
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm must also be flexible to accommodate program need.
Compensation: $58656 annually
