seeking Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) for an exciting job in New York NY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop care plans
  • Provide crisis intervention and support in an adult psychiatric emergency setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Assist with discharge planning and referrals to community resources
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards
  • Participate in team meetings and case conferences

Required:

  • Masters Degree in Social Work
  • Valid LMSW license issued by NYSED (Primary Source Verified)
  • Minimum 1 year of LMSW experience
  • Experience in hospital and/or psychiatric emergency settings
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

  • Additional experience in behavioral health or acute care settings
