In this role youll support the heart of our day-to-day work maintaining our facilities organizing materials and coordinating the movement of supplies and equipment that keep everything flowing.

What Youll Do
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance repairs and general facility upkeep;
- Conduct inspections to ensure buildings equipment and grounds remain safe and operational;
- Support facility improvement projects and assist with workspace setups as directed;
- Coordinate vendor and contractor activities for maintenance and repair services;
- Maintain facility cleanliness organization and compliance with safety and environmental policies;
- Receive inspect and verify incoming shipments and deliveries;
- Organize label and track inventory to ensure proper storage and availability;
- Prepare label and document outgoing shipments according to company standards;
- Coordinate material transfers between departments or sites;
- Safely operate forklifts pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment;
- Communicate effectively with team members vendors and supervisors to support daily operations;
- Maintain accurate logs reports and documentation for assigned tasks;
- Follow all established safety quality and environmental procedures;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
- Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record;
- Ability to navigate safely to client sites and operate company vehicles in all weather conditions;
- Vocational training in maintenance logistics or a related field preferred;
- Hands-on experience in facilities maintenance logistics warehouse operations or inventory management;
- Working knowledge of maintenance tools material-handling equipment and workplace safety practices;
- Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
