What Youll Do:

As a Direct Support Professional at Waves Inc. you will be an essential part of our mission. You will:

• Provide one-on-one support and assistance to individuals with unique abilities helping them with daily living tasks personal development and community engagement.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where each individuals voice is heard and respected.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalized care plans.
• Support individuals in reaching their goals whether they involve education employment or community integration.
• Promote independence self-determination and social inclusion for the individuals we serve.
• Ensure the safety health and well-being of those under your care.

This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid Tennessee Drivers license. Applicant must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. This is not a remote position.
