Key job responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable financial processes for domestic theatrical operations
- Create comprehensive financial forecasts and predictive models
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns to optimize investment strategies
- Generate data-driven insights that inform critical strategic decisions
- Establish and maintain sophisticated financial reporting and accrual model automation

About the team
We are a collaborative network of strategic thinkers passionate about supporting creative storytelling through rigorous financial insights. Our team works closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure financial strategies align with broader business objectives and artistic vision.
- 5 years of finance or a related analytical field experience
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting or related field or Bachelors degree
- 4 years of identifying leading and executing opportunities to improve automate standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- Experience researching and documenting support for accounting conclusions
- 5 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards)
- Experience in the entertainment industry

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
