Job Summary
Position: Illinois Certified Behavior Analyst

Were looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help shape positive inclusive learning experiences for students across our partner this full-time role youll collaborate with educators families and support teams to design behavior programs that empower students to reach their fullest potentialacademically socially and emotionally.
About the Role:
- Use behavioral data to track progress refine strategies and improve student outcomes.
- Provide coaching training and consultation to school staff on positive behavioral practices.
- Foster a culture of empathy inclusion and proactive intervention within the classroom and beyond.
- Partner with teachers and IEP teams to align supports and ensure consistency across environments.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) customized to each student.
Requirements
- Experience working in school or educational settings (preferred).
- Strong communication collaboration and data-driven problem-solving skills.
- A passion for supporting students and building stronger learning communities.
- Active BCBA certification and Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Special Education or a related field.
