About this Role:
Were looking for a Solution Support Specialist with a passion for continuous learning in a fast-evolving tech environment to join our Wellington-based Solution Support team. Youll be the first point of contact for our customers providing support and guidance on our SaaS-based metering solutions and playing a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role will support Australian business hours; therefore hours of work will range between 11am -8pm. This role also requires a willingness to participate in an on-call roster as we provide 24/7 support to our customers. The on-call period runs for a fortnight and is shared across the team.
